What to Expect

  • This group will take place virtually.  It will meet for 6 consecutive weeks.

  • Our first meeting will consist of introductions and an overview of the book.  Five chapters (out of the 12) will be chosen to focus on for the next five weeks. 

  • The group will be limited to 6-8 participants to facilitate group discussion and sharing.

  • Each session includes guided discussion, personal reflection, and practical application of the week's concepts.

Come as you are, whether you're new to self-care or looking to deepen existing practices. All perspectives and life experiences are welcome as we explore what extreme self-care means for each of us.
