My Journey

I'm a retired neuropsychologist with 25+ years of experience in the Boston area. During my career, I discovered practices that would eventually reshape how I work: learning Ukrainian egg decorating from a wise elderly woman, finding SoulCollage® in 2015 and being amazed by the synchronicities, and completing training in Internal Family Systems in 2011—an approach that changed everything for me.

Now in retirement, I focus on what brings me joy: blending my psychology background with IFS work and creative practices to help people navigate life's passages with both analytical understanding and heart-centered wisdom.

All parts of your experience are welcome here.

For those navigating life's transitions and seeking deeper self-understanding

To befriend even the uncomfortable aspects of yourself with compassion

To honor your own pace as you move from head to heart and discover your inner wisdom

My Approach

Integrating head and heart

My work bridges the analytical foundation of my psychology training with creative practices and Internal Family Systems. Through IFS, I help you welcome all parts of yourself—even the uncomfortable ones—with curiosity rather than judgment.

Whether we're exploring your inner world through individual sessions or discovering insights through creative workshops, my approach honors the journey from head to heart, creating space for genuine transformation to unfold at your own pace.
